This unique property was built from the ground up showcasing the vision of Mr. Kenneth Linn, an American/Canadian special education teacher. Mr. Linn dedicated his life to assisting children with special needs in achieving their educational goals. Additionally, he taught English as a Second Language (ESL) to thousands of students to help them learn, practice, and excel in their English language skills. During the weekends, Mr. Linn was an active member of the Christian Orthodox Church in Whitestone, New York, where he served as a devoted congregation member for many years.

For years, Mr. Linn dreamed of having a place in Mexico where he could expand his skills in the hospitality business. In 2028, Mr. Kenneth moved to Mexico to finish up the construction of the property he had started building a few years back. Upon completing the construction of the main facility, he had the opportunity to acquire the adjacent property, with a vision to expand what was already known as CASTILLO DE LA SANTA CRUZ. The new property, which took a year to build, provided a different perspective on building and designing, allowing for the diversification of spaces.

CASTILLO DE LA SANTA CRUZ offers uniquely designed spaces for both short and long term stays, providing guests with the option of fully furnished apartments or individual rooms. The innovative design of this location allows guests to enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces, along with numerous amenities typically found in a large hotel, all within one charming and cozy setting.
